• All rates are net, include ABF, VAT, service charge and breakfast for 2 people included.
• Extra Bed is charged 1,000 THB per night.
• In case of late arrival, the room will be kept for 24 hours and then may be released.
• Free babycot for young children under 2 years old.
• Check-in time is 1:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability.
• Check-in time is at 13:00 and check-out time is at 12:00.
• Late check-out within the period of 12:00 noon till 18:00 will be applied 50% room charge.

Reservation Rules and policy:

50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation.

Cancellation Policy :

-High season and peak season: Min 45 days notice, deposit is refundable (less 10% for administration fees). Passed this period, no refund. -Low season: Min 30 days notice , or the deposit can not be refund.

Early Check-out:

In case of early check-out, or shortening of stay, one night penalty will be charged in addition to your deposit and the number of nights stayed.

Child Policy:

Child under 3 years : Babycot and breakfast free of charge
Child under 10 years old: can share the room with parents without extra
charge. Compulsory Breakfast charged 200THB/day
Child 10 years old and up: Extra Bed & Breakfast 1,000 THB/day

The hotel will build the dam on the beach front area to protect the resort from the sea when the tide is high. The construction will take place on 29 April 2010 and supposed to be finished on 7 July 2010. Working times are
8.00 hrs -17.00 hrs.
